The “Priesthood of all Believers” is one basic tenet of the Church of the Brethren.  At the same time we also CALL out persons for specific leadership in a variety of ministry roles (chaplaincy, spiritual direction, congregation, teaching).

Julie Liggett (75) died on Friday, November 28 of complications from ALS (Lou Gehrig’s disease). The memorial service was held December 16 at Eastlake (Colo.) First Congregational Church.
