Remembrance of Julie Liggett

Julie Liggett (75) died on Friday, November 28 of complications from ALS (Lou Gehrig’s disease). The memorial service was held December 16 at Eastlake (Colo.) First Congregational Church. Julie was an ordained minister and a member of the Peace Community Church of the Brethren, Windsor, Colo., where she served as pastor, 1990-1994. She served in a number of other leadership capacities, including as executive director of the Greeley (Colo.) Interfaith Association and director of the Rocky Mountain Region, Church World Service. Please keep Julie’s family in prayer, especially her daughter and grandson as they adjust to this difficult loss.
