McPherson County Jail
-packets of snack crackers
cheese or peanut butter filling
-Hot Chocolate packages
-Raman Noodle packages
-Small candies – like you hand out at Halloween
-Soups – individual servings
-Little bags of trail mix or peanuts
-Small tubes of toothpaste – no toothbrushes
-Body Wash – liquid no soap bars
-Deodorant – size you might get for travel
Events include:
- Insight Sessions (Friday & Saturday mornings)
- Worship services (Friday & Saturday evenings & Sunday morning)
- Choir (Friday evening)
- Minister & Guest Dinner (Friday evening)
- Cedars Ice Cream Social (Friday after worship)
- For Run/Walk (Saturday morning)
- Women’s Breakfast (Saturday morning)
- Service Projects (Saturday)
- A live auction (Saturday noon)
- Exhibits and Reception (Saturday afternoon)
- A Drum Circle (Saturday night)
- Stipends for meals and Saturday night lodging)

CHURCH OF THE BRETHREN NATIONAL OLDER ADULT CONFERENCE 2025
September 1-5, 2025, at Lake Junaluska, North Carolina
NOAC is a Spirit-filled gathering of adults who love learning and discerning together, exploring God’s call for our lives and living out that call by sharing our energy, insight, legacy, and faith with our families, communities, and the world.
Participants can expect spirit-filled worship, inspirational speakers, fellowship, workshops, field trips, service opportunities, and ICE CREAM! Among the leadership are Western Plains members Herb Smith (preacher), Nancy Miner (conference pianist), and Karlene Tyler (NOAC Planning Team)
