Family Camp at Camp Mt. Hermon 2012
For one weekend, you can forget doing laundry, washing windows, and steam-cleaning your carpets. Instead, enjoy the fellowship of your family, district friends, and nature’s critters. Come relax at Family Camp, September 14 to 16 at Camp Mount Hermon! Arrive for check-in and dinner on Friday at 5:30 p.m., and stay until after lunch on Sunday.
The Topeka (Rochester Community) Church of the Brethren invites district families of all shapes and sizes to share in the activities that will touch on the theme of “Caring for God’s Creation.” There will be plenty of time for personal meditation, family games, and camp activities as God’s family!
Thirty people have signed up already. There is no registration form or deadline, but please e-mail coordinator Johnathan Oshel at joshel007@gmail.net, or call him at 785-224-4799. Pre-registration is encouraged to help with our camp preparations.
The only fee is for EACH meal (six total): $5.00 for adults and $2.50 for children ages 6 to 12, with a maximum of $75.00 per family. Bring your own bedding and towels, toiletries, bug repellant, flashlight, pen, and Bible.

Keep in mind that time with your family is never wasted. You will not cherish memories of clean laundry!
