November 11 is Phil’s last Sunday at the Independence congregation after 8 years of service. In these few years he has become beloved not only by the congregation but also the community. After major floods in the area a few years ago, he helped form the Community Access Center, which provides help to community members in accessing resources like FEMA and Food Stamps. Phil will be missed by all! You are welcome to join us in celebrating his ministry.
