Holmesville Church of the Brethren is excited to announce the date and speaker for our annual Founder’s Day celebration. Saturday, March 10, 2018 is the date. Brother Dave Weiss of Mohrsville, Pennsylvania is to be our special guest.
We invite one and all to come be a part of our special day, as Brother Dave paints his message on a two by four foot medium while speaking it. Dave is a Church of the Brethren pastor who believes in furthering the message of Jesus through art as well as word.
The schedule for our day at Holmesville begins at noon with a lunch, followed by our program and a snack to get visitors on their way home by 4 P.M. or so.
Dave plans to arrive on Wednesday, March 7 and be us until Tuesday, March 13. He would like to find other venues in which to present while here in Western Plains. If you or your congregation would like to host Dave for an event, please contact Larry Ditmars at lditmars53@gmail.com or 402-432-6828.
