6th Annual Peace Camp

The 6th annual Peace Camp will be held at the Hutchinson Community Church of the Brethren on Saturday, June 24, 2017 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Children ages 4 through grade 6 are invited to attend.

The theme this year will be Celebrating Our Differences – Standing with Neighbors, Near and Far.  Activities will include: Music, Recreation, Bible Class time and a special play based on “The Butter Battle Book” by Dr. Seuss. In thinking about our neighbors near and far, we will be providing school kits for children both in the U.S. who have experienced natural disasters and throughout the world.

How can you help? Spread the word! We would love to have your child or children in your neighborhood. Make an announcement in your congregation and encourage children to attend.

Registration is due by June 10. Many of the churches in our area have received information through your church office, so ask them for a registration form. Otherwise contact Lynn Hedger in Hutchinson (620-474-1398) or lhedger1@cox.net.

Our address is: 1600 N. Severance St.  Hutchinson, Kansas
